CO-COUNSEL

Judge Shepherd has tried many non-jury and jury cases to judgment and verdict during the course of my career.  He continues to remain available to assist or serve as co-counsel in trials when appropriate, and to provide trial support or perform discreet tasks in significant cases, especially where an appeal is likely.
